Any good Estate Agent will have a web site that is easy to navigate, that will show how many properties they have on their books and show how many of those properties are sold subject to contract.  If an Estate Agent is serious about his or her work then they will have are created a website that tempts potential buyers and also potential vendors.  If the website looks dull, dreary and uninviting then remember that this is not very good for business and as such you should just walk away and move on to the next name on your list!
